Corrections policy

Published fact checks keep their public number. Material changes are append-only correction records. Prior verdicts remain visible.

Visitors may flag a possible error with comments and source links. A flag is intake for operators. It does not publish a correction or change verdicts by itself.

Operators apply real corrections through the administrator flow. FALSE is still not called a lie in correction copy.
